Every year many movie releases in the theater some are of very high budget and had big director-producer and actor actress name while some are of very low budget movies with new actors and directors attached to it. in which few are getting high box office success but rejected by the audience or get maximum negative reviews by critics while few are of the movies which are not very successful at the box office but loved by the audience and getting maximum appreciation by both sides that are audience and critics. I am going to listing all the best and worst movies of the previous year.

BEST MOVIES OF THE YEAR 2019

this movie is based on the surgical strike of 2016 which was conducted by the Indian army in response to the terror attack happened in Kashmir

Vicky Kaushal is playing the role of Major Vihaan Singh Shergil he is an army man who wants to get retirement from his job because his mother has an illness of Alzheimer and he wants to take care of her but Prime Minister played by Rajit Kapoor offers him to desk job at new Delhi where his mother leave so that he can take care of her without getting

retirement to which Major Vihaan agreed. this movie is a tribute to the Indian army who lost their lives in that attack. Major Vihaan along with his army team perform the war with Pakistan. he also lost his brother in the terror attack. the film tries to convey how soldiers selflessly serve and protect the country and also lost their lives in that process.

The main casts of the movie are Vicky Kaushal as Major Vihaan ( who is Team leader) Paresh Rawal as national security in charge Govind Bhardwaj, Yami Gautam as Pallavi/Jasmine an undercover agent, Mohit Raina, Kirti Kulhari, Rajit Kapoor, etc. all the actors played their role very well. this movie is the highest-grossing movie of 2019 and also win a national award.

Prateik Babbar, Kamaal Malik, Mohammad Samad, Shishir Sharma. the movie tells the story of six friends Sexa(Gurmeet), Acid, Derek, Mummy(Sundar Shrivastava) Bewda and Anni(Anirudh). Anni and Maya(Shardha Kapoor) are a divorced couple they have a son named Raghav who is waiting for JEE results in hopes of getting admission in IIT(Indian Institute of Technology) after getting failed in exam Raghav attempt suicide his friend takes him in the Hospital and also inform his father Anni about the suicide. Anni and Maya immediately rush to the hospital the doctor informs them that Raghav condition is critical and anything maybe happened doctor tried harder to save him later he informs Anni and Maya the reason of non-improvement in Raghav’s condition he told Raghav does not have the will to live. Anni tells Raghav the story of his college life. Raghav responds to him but does not believe that the story is real Anni calls his all friends and starts the whole story of friendship, love win and loss of student life. this movie is amazing it not only entertains us but also told the sensitive topic of suicide which is conduct by the students after they failed in exams.

Kabir falls in love with Priti at first sight and started taking care of her. he also helps Priti in her study later Priti also falls in love with Kabir things are going smooth between them they also share a long-distance relationship which also not able to decrease the love they have for each other. one day Priti’s father sees Kabir and Priti getting romantic with each other. In anger, he slaps Kabir later Priti marries the man chosen by her family and separated from Kabir. heartbroken Kabir started drinking alcohol and dates other women although he is successful in his career and became no. 1 doctor.

based on the social issue this is the story of a man named Bala played by (Ayushman Khurana) and portrays his idea of beauty he believes that only people with fair complexion are beautiful. In school, Bala used to makes fun of his classmate Latika(Bhumi Pednekar) because of her dark complexion.

he is proud of himself having long hair and a fair look, he is popular among girls student and had a girlfriend named Shruti. after fourteen years when he is in his late twenties he started losing his hair and slowly becoming bald. his school’s girlfriend Shruti was done broke up with him because of his problem of early baldness.

To get rid of this illness he tried many homemade remedies. even apply egg and cow dung on hair but nothing works to stop baldness. eventually, he started wearing a hair wig so that he can hide baldness. Bala works as a salesman in a company that sells pretty u fairness cream and also does standup comedy. he falls in love with Pari who do advertisement for pretty u fairness cream, an unknown Pari from the truth get married to him. after marriage when she discovers the truth she demands a divorce. the film also shows how Latika faced the problem of getting the groom for the wedding because of her dark skin.

will Bala ever able to get rid of his hair loss problem and get his wife Pari back in life ? and will Latika ever get married?

Bala film generally received positive reviews from critics and audiences with praise for the performances and the film’s narrative. the movie has done a worldwide collection of Rs 171.45 crores.

the film based on real-life cases of women rape and murder. a 21-year-old serial killer who first raped the girls and then brutally killed the victims. When cop Shivani found about it she swears to arrest him and gets him to punish from the court. the movie gets an average worldwide collection of Rs 66.86 crore.

Rani Mukherjee’s performance as brave cop Shivani is praised by the audiences.

Teresa school Rohan also wants to get admission in the same school so that he can be with Mridula but he can’t afford the fees of Teresa school later through scholarship under the sports quota he finally succeed in getting admission in the school. In school, he meets Manav they both became good friends. Manav has a sister Shreya( Ananya Pandey) trouble arises when she falls in love with Rohan who is in love with Mridula(Mia).

The movie gets maximum negative reviews from critics and the public and became a disaster movie of 2019, it collects Rs 97.81 crore worldwide.
